THE CHALLENGE

Matthew was looking to take the next step in his career as a designer, from consumer products to tech, in senior role with more creative direction.

In less than 1 month, we walked through his career path and future goals to 1) identify his unique strengths, 2) clearly articulate the value he brings to projects and teams, and 3) co-create a concise narrative that he could highlight in both his portfolio and interviews.
